Clinical Supervision Experience:

Interns are supported by program staff in addition to receiving clinical supervision from a dedicated team of LCSW and LMFT supervisors. These positions are suitable for individuals registered in the State of California or those looking to fulfill their clinical experience requirements as part of an accredited master-level or doctoral-level university program.

Supervision may take place in the form of individual, triadic, or group formats.

Hands-On Therapy Practice:

Interns have the opportunity to engage in direct therapy practice with clients across a range of modalities including individual, couples, family, and group therapy. This practical experience is fundamental to developing your therapeutic skills and understanding client needs in a supportive and supervised setting.

Client Screening and Case Management:

Interns play a critical role in the initial screening, intake, and case management processes. These activities are crucial for determining client eligibility for our mental health program and ensuring that individuals are linked to the appropriate community resources. This aspect of the internship provides valuable experience in the operational side of mental health services.
